Salt

Kusamba is located along the eastern shores of Bali. These shores borders the Lombok Strait, which brings cold water from the north that mixes with warm tropical waters. This creates a sea salt that is uniquely mild and sweet in flavor.
For generations, salt farmers have lived along the coast of Kusamba beach to produce this high quality sea salt.
However, this could be the last generation of salt farmers in Kusamba.
